Episode 10 registration for returning players has opened up. Links to the appropriate registration page have been sent to all players that have attended the past two episodes (that don’t already have season or year passes). If you attended one of those episodes and did not recieve that email let me know (I already know I need to track down accurate emails for Rafael Mena and Christian Ternus as the ones we have on file failed to send).

- Player Cap: It is likely that we are going to hit the player cap of 50 players this episode. Staff has decided to avoid the hard feelings and drama of returning invested players not making it in under the cap for atleast this event. If you are receiving this email that means that you have played a recent episode and are guaranteed a slot to play at E10 (not necessarily a cabin slot) if you register by end of day Saturday October 12th. If we have 50+ returning players we will simply roll with it and not open up registration to new players for this episode.
- Waitlist/New Players: Registration for folks on the waitlist (which is currently empty! =D) and new players opens up on Sunday October 13th, if we 49 or fewer registered returning players.
- Financial Need: It bears mentioning that we at Be-Epic do not want financial hardships to ever be the sole reason that someone can not attend one of our events. If you would like to attend an event but are in a financial situation that would make covering our registration costs untenable, send an email and we will attempt to work with you to find an arrangement that works for all parties involved. This is not a guarantee that we will be able to cover registration costs for all players that apply for financial hardship registrations as we have minimum costs to cover in order to run events, but we will always do what we can manage to make sure real world money gets in the way as little as possible.
- Cabin Slots: Camp Denison reduced the amount of cabin bunks on site from 32 down to 24 earlier this year. We will be capping cabin registration slots at each individual episode at 24. Keep this in mind when choosing your registration option. Also note, tenting registration comes with a slight discount in comparison to cabin registration.
