Hello! There has been a lot of discussion in the DI Decompression channel on Slack that indicates people, especially new players and PCs are feeling like they do not know what’s going on, and that explanations generally have been boiling down to “They’re bad. Fight them”, which leaves out a lot of information and leaves a lot to be desired.
To that end, I am hoping to organize and in-depth town meeting on Friday night e11 to get everyone at least in the same book, if not the same page. Some cultures have been doing a lot behind closed doors that the rest of the players have no idea on, and with only 1 projected year remaining, it is more imperative than ever that we all have some idea what is going on.
I will provide an actual itinerary closer to the date, but hope to use this time to bring everyone who wants to know and share together and give us time to catch each other up.
Note: this is not going to replace the recent history chat that Bri/Saam is putting together.
I ask that over the winter break, people jot down some notes about what they’ve been doing, and what important plots they’ve been on that could impact the rest of the town in some way, and will also ask that each culture try to have a representative for the meeting to present the most important points so that we’re not there until 4am just talking.
