Charm By Speech to impersonate a Judge

I’m curious to know if it is possible to use Persuade Fools (Charm by speech, believe the next thing I say) to then bestow a warning. Obviously without being a Judge I can’t back up that bluff, but the ultimate question I have is if bestowing a warning is a verbal thing like many of us have been treating it, or a metaphysical thing that you just intrinsically know is on you.

From my understanding, the warning part is literally just me telling you that I am going to cast law magic on you if you keep doing a thing. So, I think personally, that it is a valid bluff.

But I defer to staff. One of two judges will not object. Can’t speak for Tim.
